At 101 Copenhagen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our sculptural home objects. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return your items in their original condition within 14 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and the necessary shipping documentation.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original 101 Copenhagen packaging, ensuring all protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at an authorized courier location; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned items to confirm they are in original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
